Robert Coles is an award-winning marketer, creative leader, brand manager and artist. He is the President of Brand Creative Marketing, LLC and serves as Senior Director of Creative and Digital Services at Stanford University,
Robert's experience is vast. He has developed key campaigns including the launch campaign for a San Fransisco Bay Area housing complex composed of seven structures and costing $1.6 billion to complete. He also has created marketing and branding campaigns for seven Bay Area restaurants.
Robert has served in various roles throughout his career, including as director of creative services & brand management for Franklin University and as director of creative services & enrollment marketing at Columbus College of Art & Design, both in Columbus, OH. He began his career at Victoria’s Secret and has since built his own company.
His work with Brand Creative Marketing, LLC includes clients in healthcare, education, real estate, and sports including the Cleveland Cavaliers and Columbus Blue Jackets. Additionally, Robert is a published children’s book illustrator and recently completed a five-book series on diversity.
Robert is very active in diversity and inclusion activities. At Stanford he serves as a member of the IDEAL Staff Advisory Committee. The committee guides strategic direction and proposes programs and initiatives to further D&I at Stanford. He also serves as a member of the Franklin University Alumni Advisory Council and co-founder of its Inclusion Scholarship. 
Robert received an MS in Marketing and Communications from Franklin University and a BFA in Retail Advertising from the Columbus College of Art & Design. He has a certification in Social Media Strategy from MIT’s Sloan School of Executive Management.​​​​​​​
